Privacy policy
Plain English: what we collect, why, and what we never do with it. Effective October 25, 2026.
What we collect
- What you tell us on Party Details, the estimate builder, booking guides and My Booking: your name, email, phone, company, event date, times, venue, guest count, choices and notes.
- Files you upload, such as logos, artwork and tax-exemption certificates.
- Payment records: amounts, dates and method. Card and bank payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card or account number.
- Booking-guide progress saved in your browser so you can pick up where you left off.
- How the site is used (pages visited, device type, roughly where visitors come from), measured with Google Analytics when it is turned on. This uses cookies; you can block them in your browser and the site still works.
How we use it
- To quote, book and run your event, send your invoice, receipts and reminders, and deliver your photos.
- To answer your questions and follow up on an inquiry you sent.
- To keep our business and tax records.
- To improve the site and our services.
What we never do
We never sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services that run this site and your booking: Google (hosting, email, maps and analytics), Stripe (payments) and our photo booth software (your event gallery).
Event photos
Photos and videos taken at your event go to your private online gallery, password-protected if you choose. As our rental terms explain, we may share some images to show our work. If you'd like a photo taken down, email us and we'll remove it.
Emails and texts
We email you about your inquiry or booking. Now and then we may send a past client a note about a new service or an anniversary; reply "stop" or ask us and we won't email you again except about an active booking.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept as long as tax law requires (generally seven years). Inquiries that never became a booking are deleted on request.
Your choices

Children
This site is for adults planning events. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
