The person(s) whose signature(s) appear on this contract, known as “Client,” agree that _____________________ (“Company”) will provide virtual audio guest book services to the best of its abilities, as described in this Agreement. This is a binding contract, incorporating the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications must be in writing, signed by both parties, and physically attached to the original agreement.
SERVICE PERIOD
The Client agrees to use the virtual audio guest book service responsibly. The Company will provide a dedicated phone number for guests to call and leave audio messages, ensuring the system is operational for the agreed period. If a technical issue prevents the system from recording messages, the Client will be issued a full refund of the service fee. In such cases, the Client agrees that no further legal action may be pursued against the Company. The Company is not liable for issues caused by network failures, misuse, or acts of God.
PAYMENT
A non-refundable payment of 100% of the contract total is due upon signing. If paying by credit card, the Client authorizes the Company to charge the card for the service fee. The Client agrees to pay a $50 fee for any returned checks, in addition to any other legal rights and remedies the Company may have.
SERVICE TERMS
The virtual audio guest book service includes access to a dedicated phone number for guests to leave messages, for a fee of $150 for up to 24 hours of availability. Full payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. All bookings are non-refundable as of the booking date.
DELIVERY OF AUDIO FILES
The Company will deliver recorded audio messages via a secure email download link within 24 hours after the event (typically the next day). The Client is responsible for downloading and storing the files upon receipt. The Company is not responsible for file loss after 14 days from delivery.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to inform guests of the dedicated phone number for leaving messages and ensure its proper use. The Company is not responsible for the content of messages or guest participation.
