Thank you for booking your Selfie Photo Booth with Galveston Photo Booth Rentals! This guide will walk you through the next steps to ensure everything is set up perfectly for your event. We'll cover payment details, refund policies, and a simple questionnaire to gather your preferences for customizations and deliverables. Once you submit your responses we'll confirm and prepare accordingly.

1. Payment and Refund Policy
Final Payment: Your remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. We'll send a reminder invoice via email.
Events Less Than 30 Days Away: If your event is within 30 days of booking, the full amount is due immediately.
Refunds: Full refunds (minus 4% CF) are available only if canceled 30 days or more prior to the event. No refunds after that date.
Extra Time: All packages can be extended at $150 per hour (billed after the event if needed). Setup and tear down time are not included in your booked hours.

Custom Overlay Options: Choose between a 2x6 Strips or a single image overlay 4x6. You can see exaples on our gallery page here.
Photo Strip 2x6: Fun and silly poses, great for casual events, but takes longer with more guests (more captures = more time per group).
Image Overlay 4x6: Faster processing for large crowds or formal events; can allow for more branding space (e.g., event info, logos).
