• Galveston Island Palms Outdoor Events and Parties has over 29,000 square feet of beautifully landscaped outdoor space with a 2,500 square foot pavilion and a garden pergola. Outdoor garden weddings and events are preferred in the age of Covid-19 and we would be happy to host your next outdoor event.

  
  

• We cater to the do-it-yourself bride and the do-it-yourself party planner. We offer complete flexibility by allowing you to bring in your own preferred vendors for food, music, entertainment, and decor.

  
  

• Come and create an event that is unique and memorable. You can DIY, hire your own event planner or let us refer some of our favorite vendors to complete the services you need.

  
  

• Outdoor Weddings with ceremony and reception options, Class and Family Reunions, Graduation, Anniversary and Corporate Parties, Promotional Events, Celebrations of Life, Funerals and all Outdoor functions that need a big outdoor area with lots of amenities.

• Choose from our Venue inventory of 300 White garden chairs, 14 – 60” rounds, 3 – 8ft. rectangular, 4 – 5ft. rectangular and 2 – 6ft. rectangular tables.  In addition, we also have 6 picnic tables that can accommodate 36-48 additional guests to account for any overflow.

  
  

• We are caterer friendly, so you can have your event catered or bring in your own food. When the food is delivered, your caterer will enjoy our 16’ buffet table, a commercial refrigerator, a large BBQ pit, food prep-tables and a large sink for clean ups.

  
  

• If your dream event includes music, hire your favorite DJ or your choice of live entertainment. You might even bring your own music and include in your venue rental our in-house sound system equipment. However, we would be happy to refer you to our favorite DJ.

  
  

• When you bring in your own alcohol, we can offer a complimentary ice chest for your ice to cool down your favorite beverages that can be served from our Refreshment Bar.

  
  

• Our restrooms are handicapped accessible and air conditioned for those 'hot days'. The ladies room can also serve as a dressing area for our brides and is nicely furnished to include a full length mirror, vanity and sofa.

  
  

• Our 29,000 sq. ft. site is lined with Beautiful Palm trees complemented with several floral arrays including but not limited to, hibiscus, plumerias, oleanders, birds of paradise & fruit trees.

  
  

• We can certainly handle your wedding ceremony needs!  Take a walk down our pave stones to enjoy your ceremony in front of our beautiful wooden pergola.  It can be embellished as you like with drapes, lighting or just a simple floral spray.  We would also be happy to accommodate your decorative chandelier to enhance your ceremony background.
