EVENT AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The rental includes the Audio Guest Book Phone for a fee of $200 for up to 4 hours of use.Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.All bookings are non-refundable as of the date of booking.

Delivery and Return

The Audio Guest Book Phone will be delivered and set up at the event by the Provider (or picked up if agreed).The equipment must remain at the event location and be returned in the same condition as received.

Damages and Replacement

The Customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the equipment during the rental period.If the Audio Guest Book Phone is damaged, lost, or not returned, the Customer agrees to pay a $400 replacement/damage fee in addition to the rental fee.

Audio Files

The Provider will deliver the recorded audio messages via a secure email download link within 24 hours after the event (usually the next day).The Customer is responsible for downloading and storing the files once delivered. The Provider is not responsible for file loss after 14 days of delivery.

Liability

The Customer agrees to use the equipment responsibly and in accordance with its intended purpose.The Provider will deliver the equipment in working condition.If a technical issue arises and the Audio Guest Book fails to record, the Customer will be issued a full refund of the rental fee. In such cases, the Customer agrees that no further legal action may be pursued against the Provider.The Provider is not liable for issues caused by misuse, power outages, or internet interruptions at the event location.

Agreement

By signing above, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this rental agreement.
